Pre-Orders

A pre-order window will be available for all events.  This window will be open from the start of the event until the video production is complete and orders are ready for dispatch.

The Ordering Page for the event will give an indication of approximate delivery date, however this is a guide and is not guaranteed.

Orders placed during the pre-order window that include physical media (DVD, Blu-ray) will normally have a Free Collection option available.  Lakeview Video Productions will make one free delivery to the Event Organiser. This delivery will contain all Free Collection orders placed during the pre-order window.  All orders will be individually labelled.  The Event Organiser is responsible for distributing these orders to the recipients.

Orders placed during the pre-order window can optionally choose delivery by Royal Mail or Local Dropoff if preferred.

Royal Mail

Postage costs have risen considerably recently.  To help with this, we will now use Second Class postage, and can also provide a Dropoff service in certain postcode areas (see below).

    • Blu-rays are charged at £1.85
    • Single DVDs are charged at £1.85
    • Double DVDs are charged at £2.20
    • Orders with more than one item are charged at £3.50 per order

Royal Mail orders placed during the pre-order window will be dispatched as soon as possible after the video production process is complete, usually the following day.  After the pre-order window has closed, orders received up until 18:00 will, in most cases, be dispatched the next day.  This is not guaranteed, and on occasion may take an extra day to dispatch.

Local Dropoff

A Local Dropoff option is available for all physical media orders in certain postcode areas only.  The cost of Local Dropoff is £1.00 per order, regardless of the number of items ordered.

The Local Dropoff option will become available once the shipping address has been entered, if the address corresponds to a postcode area where Local Dropoff applies.

Local Dropoff is available in the following postcode areas:

    • BH6
    • BH23 1 / BH23 2 / BH23 3 / BH23 4 / BH23 5 / BH23 7
    • BH24 1 / BH24 3
